Blood and Heart Risk
What happens if the blood type turned out to have a close relationship with a particular disease. For example, if you know your blood then you can minimize diseases that could easily attack you. Person's blood type turned out to help determine the risk of heart disease.

Recent research from Harvard University concluded that people with blood type AB, not only a person with the most rare blood type, but also most vulnerable to the risk of heart disease.

The findings in the journal Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis and Vascular Biology is also claimed that people with blood group O had the lowest risk of one of these deadly diseases.

"If you know you are at high risk, then reduce the risk by adopting a healthy lifestyle, like eating right, exercising and not smoking," explains researcher Professor Lu Qi, quoted by Dailymail (14/8).

According to researchers, the blood group AB had to do with inflammation, which causes damage to the arteries. While people with blood type O have a natural substance that supposedly helps the blood flow and reduce clotting.
